Responsiblity : • To manage the training business as profit centre head
• Responsible to set up training infrastructure
• Developing a strong computer learning centre by hiring and training new personnel.
• Ensure that the staff is highly motivated and work towards attaining the pre-defined goals of the organization
• Generate revenues by launching several training programs/ products
• Organize and market courses to meet the needs of learners and demands of business.
• Own responsibility for maintenance of hardware and software used for training purposes and recommending repairs and upgrades to management where appropriate.

Position : Oracle Database Administrator
Location: Dar es Salaam

Responsiblity : * Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
* Work with the team to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high availability and optimum performance.
* To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
