Position : Project Manager - ERP
Location: Dar es Salaam

Responsiblity : *Project management of ERP implementation lifecycle
* Establish and maintain successful partnership with all team members
* Conduct project communication meetings, presentations and documentation
* Project management of project plan, scope, costs, schedule and quality of deliverables
* Lead and mentor as required all project team members on ERP implementation
* Define and ensure project resource requirements are staffed to appropriate levels
* Manage project resource participation and effective contribution
* Manage and document project issues and risk mitigation through resolution

Position : Service Delivery Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam

Responsiblity : A Service Delivery Manager is the main interface between the Customer and the company. The Service Delivery Manager role will be the primary point of contact into the ICT Operations and manages the internal delivery network in order to fulfil the Customer contract across various Service lines.
The Service Delivery Manager is the first and primary contact for the Customer, whether it is for changes, requests or escalations. He/She will assist the Delivery Head in order to manage the account as a whole.
The responsibilities include dynamic planning, scheduling, measurement of services and delivery against SLA’s to provide the agreed levels of service, taking account of changes in both supply and demand and seeking continuously and proactively to improve services for the benefit of the Customer.
Requirement : • Analytical and problem solving attributes.

• Broad experience of post sales support.
