The ‘Integrated Learning Model’ combines all training methodologies into one learner-focused, web-based platform. This system seamlessly integrates classroom instruction with e learning and extensive online supplemental learning resources, providing users with one destination for Integrated Learning.
 
The Integrated Learning Model helps map business goals to departmental and individual objectives thereby helping to develop plans to bridge the assessed knowledge gaps. The Model has been designed to manage and measure the participants’ organizational progress through customized development plans.

The Integrated Learning Model focuses on five key elements:
 
 
Assess
This component, kick-starts the learning process by identifying training objectives and skill levels to help decide on the best training path. Assessment also helps establish learning goals and measures the effectiveness of a training program. A pre-assessment of skill-levels identifies knowledge gaps so that training needs can be mapped to objectives, while a post-assessment verifies that the required skill-level has been attained.
 
 
Learn
While most computer-training providers offer students a choice of either classroom learning or e-learning, Techno Brain allows participants to select a combination of classroom and online training that best suit their needs, budget and schedule. The course content is the same regardless of delivery method and combines multiple methods of delivery and other learning resources into one program to help every participant to most effectively meet their learning goals.
 
 
Reinforce
As part of the Integrated Learning model, Techno Brain provides reinforcement tools to increase retention of course material and advance the learning process so as to aid retention of the highest percentage of information. From hands-on labs to reference materials to practice exams, the learning experience is enhanced by a host of resources that include:
 
 
 Learning Guides
Classroom Learning students receive a Learning Guide to use as an at-a-glance review tool to outline the main concepts and skills presented in the Classroom Learning course. This guide is a condensed hard-copy booklet of the corresponding eCourseware that accompanies the course.
 
 eCourseware
Classroom and Online LIVE students receive an electronic version of the complete courseware containing the most current version of the content. It is available online for six months, and students may print or download the eCourseware for later use.
 
 Learning Kits
Technical courses, which are usually longer in length and more complex than application courses, receive a complete Learning Kit. The kits are generally vendor-authorized and include a large binder, software, and other resources.

 Knowledge Share Forums
These are community forums that offer students a valuable opportunity to meet fellow students, continue discussions from the courses or strike up new conversations with students in related classes or with common interests.
 
 Training Administration
Track the progress and results of the learning through the customized reports and capabilities of the learning management system.

Validation
Through this component the student or the corporate training manager can identify the acquired knowledge, areas requiring improvement and the value of the skills gained. Through consistent certification exams, course evaluations, post-class assessments and surveys, students realize that they are achieving their desired learning goals.
 
 
 Course Evaluations
Students participating in the Online LIVE and Classroom Learning sessions evaluate the instructors and courses to ensure the quality of training, facilities and content.
 
 Assessments
Utilizing the exam preparation tools or the Online ANYTIME online assessments, students take a post-assessment to identify the acquired and retained knowledge.
 
 Post-class Survey
The post-class survey is distributed 60 days after training and helps identify job performance improvement in relation to skills learned. This also helps determine the overall satisfaction with the learning experience, thereby providing a continuous feedback to help improve Techno Brain’s training and services.
